Preventive Maintenance is a maintenance procedure and method to prevent Catastrophic failures that result in data loss and incurred unplanned downtime in the Data Centre due to predicted & unpredicted failures. Preventive Maintenance is essential for both UPS and the batteries. This service can protect your critical loads from electrical crises or outages in your electrical system. With this service, you will have: Improved system reliability. Decreased system downtime Decreased cost of emergency replacements Better management of spare inventory This can only be done with: A qualified person with instruments Well Scheduled Plan Concise and Complete records

 

Our Services
We are providing Preventive Maintenance Services for a wide range of UPS(EPC, CHLORIDE, SOCOMEC, GAMATRONIC, and many others).
There are two types of Preventive Maintenance Contracts:

• Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Type
  For the UPS System covered by the Comprehensive Maintenance Contract, all spare parts will be covered under the Comprehensive PMC except for transformer, Chokes, Batteries, Capacitors & Component Damage due to natural wear & tear (such as ventilation fans)
• Non-Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Type
  All parts are not inclusive.

For customers WITHIN SINGAPORE under UPS Preventive Maintenance Service Contract:

Response Time:	Within 2 hours of service call
Response Period:	24/7

 

 

 

 

For customers OUTSIDE SINGAPORE under UPS Preventive Maintenance Service Contract:

Response Time:	Within 48 hours of service call
Response Period:	24/7

 

 

 

 

For the PMC contracts, the number of service years will be Bi-yearly or Quarterly based on customer requirements.
